Premium monetisation for publishers

Programmatic demand, wired in from day one

We connect your inventory to premium demand through Google Ad Manager and real-time bidding, so every impression is auctioned for what it is actually worth — without degrading the reading experience or your Core Web Vitals.

01

Ad Manager & AdX

We operate the full Google Ad Manager stack on your behalf — ad units, key-values, line items, creative QA and discrepancy investigation.

02

Header bidding

Prebid.js partners and Google Open Bidding bid in parallel against AdX, so no single demand source sets your price.

03

Floors & yield rules

Price floors set per placement, per geography and per device, reviewed against realised eCPM rather than left on defaults.

04

Reporting you can audit

Placement-level impressions, eCPM and revenue, exportable. You see the same numbers we do, on the same cadence.

Ad formats

The full modern toolkit, minus the formats that cost you readers

Responsive display, sticky anchors, in-content video, native, interstitials and rewarded placements for app inventory. Every format is served through a single non-blocking script kept off your critical rendering path.

We do not run formats that breach Google’s Better Ads Standards, and we do not run anything that measurably damages Largest Contentful Paint or Cumulative Layout Shift. Revenue that costs you your audience is not revenue.

Apps and in-game inventorySecondary practice

Most of what we run is web. For publishers who operate apps alongside their sites, we also manage in-app monetisation through mediation.

  • Google AdMob and Ad Manager for apps
  • AppLovin MAX and Unity LevelPlay mediation
  • Waterfall and in-app bidding configuration
  • Rewarded and interstitial placement design

App inventory is onboarded case by case. Talk to us before you assume a fit.

Why publishers work with us

Everything you need to earn more

Real ad operations, premium demand and a supply chain you can verify — working together to lift your effective RPM.

A named person, not a ticket queue

You get an ad ops contact who knows your properties. Reports, placement changes and floor adjustments happen on request, not on a roadmap.

A revenue share that aligns us

We are paid a share of what your inventory earns. Tiered by revenue, agreed in writing before you migrate, and it does not quietly change afterwards.

A supply chain you can verify

Our ads.txt lines, sellers.json entry and schain declarations are public. You can check what we claim about your inventory against what buyers actually see.

The upgrade

What changes when you move from AdSense to Google Ad Manager

Same traffic, more demand competing for it. Here is what actually differs once you move up the stack.

Outcomes depend on your traffic profile, geography mix and existing setup. We will tell you before you migrate if we do not think we can improve on what you have.

Onboarding

Three stages, no disruption to what is already earning

01

Audit

We review your traffic sources, existing ad stack, ads.txt, Core Web Vitals and policy history. If we find a problem that would block monetisation, you hear about it here rather than after signing.

02

Migrate

We stand up your inventory in Google Ad Manager, configure header bidding and issue your ads.txt lines. Your existing setup keeps running until the new stack is verified against it.

03

Optimise

Floors, placements and demand partners are tuned against realised revenue. You get placement-level reporting and a named contact who reviews it with you.

Supply chain transparency

We publish what we are, so buyers can verify it

Most of the reason inventory gets blocked is not fraud. It is an unverifiable supply chain — ads.txt lines that do not reconcile, sellers.json entries that do not exist, schain hops that cannot be traced. We treat that as our problem, not yours.

  • We declare as an intermediary in sellers.json
  • Every managed property carries our ads.txt lines and an accurate OWNERDOMAIN
  • Complete schain is passed on every bid request
  • Invalid traffic is screened before onboarding and monitored continuously
  • A property can be paused for policy reasons independently of what it earns
What we ask of youBefore onboarding
  • Content you own or hold the rights to publish
  • Traffic you can account for — no purchased or incentivised sessions
  • Control of the domain, so ads.txt can be updated
  • No active Google policy enforcement on the property
  • A working contact who answers within a business day

We decline properties that do not meet this. It protects the publishers already in the portfolio.

The things publishers ask first

Frequently asked questions

What is the revenue share?

Tiered by monthly revenue, up to 90% to you. The tier and the figure are agreed in writing before you migrate, and the split is shown against reported revenue you can audit in Ad Manager reporting.

When and how do I get paid?

Net-45 from the end of the reporting month, once Google has settled the underlying revenue. Bank transfer or wire. We will tell you the exact payment date for your first cycle during onboarding rather than leaving you to guess.

How long does migration take?

Audit typically takes a few business days. Migration itself is a tag change and an ads.txt update. Your existing monetisation keeps running until the new stack is verified against it, so there is no revenue gap.

Will it slow my site down?

No. Everything serves from a single non-blocking async script kept off the critical rendering path. We monitor Largest Contentful Paint and Cumulative Layout Shift, and we will remove a placement that damages either.

Do I keep control of my ads.txt?

Yes. It stays on your domain, under your control. We give you the exact lines to add and tell you what each one authorises. We never ask for hosting or DNS access.

What happens if I want to leave?

You remove our ads.txt lines and point your tags elsewhere. We settle outstanding revenue on the normal cycle. There is no exit fee and no notice period designed to trap you.

What kind of inventory do you decline?

Purchased or incentivised traffic, content we cannot verify rights to, properties under active Google policy enforcement, and anything our compliance review flags as invalid traffic. We would rather lose the revenue than lose the portfolio.

Ready to grow your ad revenue?

Send us your domain and your current monthly revenue. We will tell you honestly whether we can improve on what you have — and if we cannot, we will say so.
