Own the relationship with a portfolio of publishers: onboarding, layout testing, monthly reviews and honest conversations about what is and is not working.
Front-end Engineer, Ad Delivery

Build and maintain the Prebid wrapper and tag delivery. Latency budgets, Core Web Vitals and safe rollout are the job, not an afterthought.
Compliance Analyst
Remote · Part time or full time
Review applicant sites against Google Publisher Policies, monitor ads.txt across the network and investigate invalid traffic signals.

Ownership from week one
You will have named accounts and named responsibilities. Nobody here is shadowing someone else for six months.
Written decisions
Yield changes, policy calls and publisher decisions are written down with the reasoning. You will learn why, not just what.
Remote friendly
Most roles can be done remotely within Pakistan Standard Time working hours. We do not track keystrokes.
Paid learning
Google Ad Manager and IAB Tech Lab certifications are paid for. Time to study for them is scheduled, not squeezed in.
