For publishers

Frequently asked questions.

The questions publishers ask us before they sign, answered the way we answer them on a call.

01 — Commercial

Money, terms and getting paid.

What is the revenue share?

Tiered by monthly gross revenue. Under five thousand United States dollars you keep eighty per cent. Five to twenty thousand, eighty-five. Twenty to fifty thousand, eighty-eight. Above fifty thousand, up to ninety. Your tier is reviewed as your revenue grows, and it moves up automatically.

When and how do I get paid?

Net-45. Revenue earned in a calendar month is paid within forty-five days of month end, once the platform finalises invalid traffic deductions for that period. The minimum payout is one hundred United States dollars; anything below rolls forward.

Is there a contract lock-in?

No exclusivity trap and no long tie-in. Notice terms are set out in the publisher terms. You keep control of your own ads.txt file, so you can revoke our authorisation directly on your domain at any time.

What if I want to leave?

Remove our lines from your ads.txt and give notice. We will pay out any earned balance on the normal cycle and hand back your ad unit structure. We do not hold inventory hostage.

02 — Technical

Migration, speed and control.

How long does migration take?

Typically two to four weeks from audit to live, running in parallel with your existing setup. Nothing is switched off until the comparison data supports it.

Will this slow my site down?

Tags load asynchronously with single request architecture and below-the-fold lazy loading. Slots reserve space so there is no layout shift. If our setup measurably degrades your Core Web Vitals, that is our problem to fix, not yours to absorb.

Do I keep control of ads.txt?

Yes, entirely. The file sits on your domain. We tell you which authorised-seller lines to add and why. We never request write access to it.

What happens to inventory you decline?

If we cannot monetise a property, we say so and we do not take it on. Where a specific placement or geography does not clear, unfilled impressions pass back to your existing setup rather than serving a blank.

Something not covered here?

Ask directly. Commercial questions go to partners, technical and account questions to publishers, policy and supply-chain questions to compliance. Every inbox is answered by a person, and every address is listed on the contact page.
