For publishers
Clear terms. Named contact. Money on a date you can plan around.
Akhuns Media works with independent web publishers who own their content and their traffic. We publish our requirements and our commercial terms in full so you can decide before you speak to anyone.
Requirements
What we ask before we say yes.
These are gates, not preferences. An application that fails any of them is declined, because taking it would put every other publisher on the network at risk.
You own the site
You control the domain, the hosting and the content. We do not onboard inventory on behalf of a third party we cannot verify.
Original content
Content you produced or licensed. No scraped feeds, no spun articles, no auto-generated filler published at volume.
Clean traffic
Organic, social and direct traffic. No paid pop traffic, no incentivised clicks, no bot-inflated sessions. We will check.
Policy compliant
The site meets Google Publisher Policies and Google Publisher Restrictions. Adult, hateful, dangerous and deceptive content is out.
Working legal pages
A live privacy policy and a working contact method. If you serve EU or UK users you must be able to run a compliant consent flow.
Meaningful volume
Enough monthly traffic that a managed service earns you more than it costs us to run. We will tell you plainly if you are below it.
Commercial terms
Revenue share, published.
You are paid a fixed percentage of the net revenue your inventory generates. The percentage is tiered by your monthly revenue and it is written into your agreement, not negotiated again each quarter.
| Monthly net revenue | Your share | Our share |
|---|---|---|
| Under 5,000 USD | 80% | 20% |
| 5,000 – 20,000 USD | 85% | 15% |
| 20,000 – 50,000 USD | 88% | 12% |
| Over 50,000 USD | Up to 90% | From 10% |
Net revenue means gross revenue reported by the demand source after the ad exchange or SSP has taken its own fee. Our share covers ad serving, wrapper maintenance, demand management, ad quality, reporting and payment processing. There is no setup fee, no monthly platform fee and no minimum term.
Payment terms
Net-45, in writing.
Schedule
Revenue for a calendar month is paid 45 days after that month closes. January revenue is paid by 17 March. We publish the date because a payment schedule you cannot plan around is not a payment schedule.
Minimum payout
100 USD. Balances below the threshold roll forward and are paid in the first month the total clears it.
Methods
Bank transfer, Wise and Payoneer. You choose at onboarding and can change it once per quarter. Transfer fees charged by your chosen provider are yours; we do not add a handling charge on top.
Deductions and clawbacks
If Google or an SSP claws back revenue for invalid traffic on your inventory, that deduction is passed through to you at cost. We show you the source report. We do not absorb it silently and we do not mark it up.
Process
From application to live in four steps.
01 — Apply
Send your URL, a month of traffic figures and what you currently earn. Two minutes of your time.
02 — Review
We check content, traffic quality and policy standing, and model what your inventory should earn. Typically three business days.
03 — Agreement
You receive a written agreement with your tier, your payment terms and a 30-day exit clause. Read it before you sign anything.
04 — Go live
One tag. We migrate placement by placement so revenue never stops while the switch happens.
What we ask of you after launch
Keep ads.txt accurate
Your ads.txt must carry our authorised lines and nothing stale. We supply the exact lines and we monitor them.
Tell us before you change the site
Template changes, new subdomains and new content verticals can break placements or trip policy. A message beforehand costs nothing.
Do not buy traffic
One publisher buying traffic can get an entire network suspended. This is the single fastest way to be removed with no notice.
Run consent properly
If you serve EU or UK users, a functioning consent management platform is your obligation and it is enforced.
Ready to apply?
Send your URL and last month’s numbers. We will come back with an honest assessment, including if the answer is no.
